"To make matters worse, for a Philly cheesesteak sub, 12 wings with BBQ sauce, and that chicken parm sub, they charged us $72. I called them to discuss this, but they said it was my word against their owner’s and insisted they prepared the right food. The woman I spoke with claimed there was nothing she could do because I had eaten part of it. I told her that the other half was still sitting on my counter. Yet, they kept telling me to contact Uber, even though I ordered directly from them.
After several attempts to clarify that I ordered from their restaurant, I heard them speaking Spanish to each other. When I responded in Spanish, they were left speechless. Needless to say, I will be disputing this charge, and I’m disappointed in their service. I love pizza and eat it about three times a week, but I will never order from them again. I’ve included a photo of the food that I was charged $16 extra for."
