"I came in for lunch today to grab a quick bite to eat. One lady greeted me as I entered the store, making me feel welcome. Once I got to the counter to place my order, that welcomed feeling subsided. I felt as if my presence were an inconvenience, and not worth the staff’s time, nor effort. There were no smiles, upbeat attitudes; no effort to make the environment- or my experience, a positive one. To add to this, my sandwich was thrown together without care. I asked for a little extra mayo and honey mustard, but instead my sandwich was drenched in both sauces. It was so difficult to eat without making a mess. I understand having a bad day, or not wanting to be at work, but that doesn’t mean paying customers should have to be neglected."
