"The franchise owner should be more involved in this restaurant. There were not enough staff members, resulting in slow service and dirty tables that were not being cleared promptly. The workers tried their best, but it was clear that there were issues with staffing and training. At McAlisters, customers expect to quickly order and receive their food in less than 15 minutes, along with a clean environment. Waiting 40 minutes for food in a dirty setting is not acceptable. Despite these issues, two meals were good, but my salad tasted like it had not been properly washed."

Great selection of large Deli sandwiches! Had the McAlister Club and chicken soup. Both were super good. Soup was perfect temperature not to burn too hot, but definitely hot. Chicken in.
