"Excellent food, nice atmosphere, a little on the quiet side. My low rating is a result of rude service. Our table that we reserved wasn't ready when we arrived. We were actually on the late side. The server said well I could put you in the middle table, in a condensing manner. Later on we requested a bottle of red wine, after more than 10mins and well after our appetizers were finished, he came to the table and said the wine was out of stock. He deliberately ignored us when we tried to get his attention. We heard him laughing and treating the other patrons respectfully, clearly it was us he did not like. I suspect he did not like my comment when I indicated surprise that our reserved table wasn't ready. Why didn't they seat those patrons in the middle? We left a decent tip, not for him but for the rest of the staff who were pleasant and obviously know the meaning of “customer service”. Unfortunately the whole situation has left us with a bad taste.....we will never be back."
