"Today I went in to take my siblings for their school event. I feel like I got adequate service considering the fact that there were 40 families all ordering at the same time+ online orders. It was sad to see how parents were complaining and getting angryat the employees knowing there are 20 other parents also experiencing the same inconvenience and there were only 6 employees whowere really working non stop. Regardless of the situation these employess were placed in, they did not once lose their customerfriendly face. The pizza was good and I liked the wings:"

"We went for my nieces birthday. Which her mom had reserved tables and the party package for. It was a 2 hour experience. The pizzas were all very good. She even had wings for the party. I was suprised how tasty the wings were for being a kids pizzachain. The only thing wrong was she went to order more pizzas and they said. Ot because we only had an hour left at the reservedtables. Which someone should have said there was a time limit. They ran out of co2 so the adults that were drinking couldn'tdrink anymore. And I didnt see a thing for just tokens it's all on a card. Fifteen dollar minimum. Back to the wings, fheybarevery pricey. One adult was heading to work and got some to go and was very suprised it was twenty bucks for a dozen."

"Had a birthday party today for my son. I want to say not the best service. Felt rushed for the cake part and when we still had close to 40 min left had the party host hover other my shoulder as we were opening gifts to pay for the party. Quite franklyfelt like the host was more of a server with out actually being served. No pitcher for the kids drinks and when they served thecake completely miss portion and got frosting everywhere but the plates. Hate to say not the best 200 dollars spent would'vebeen better not booking a party and just coming in normally."
