"Usually we get good service but this past visit was a mess!!! There was pretty much high school kid's working so the customer service kinda sucked. We ordered 3 pizza's, fried zucchini, breadsticks and an order of wings. We got the wings first then our kid's pizza and we kept checking to see if the rest of our food was coming out soon turns out we waited an hour for a pizza, breaksticks and fried zucchini. I went to speak with the manager and let her know what was going on... Then we waited another 35 minutes for our pizza and this time it wasn't right. Thankfully the manager April fixed the problem and even made everything right in the end. We look forward to our next visit. Thank you April for understanding and I honestly was so mad but I knew getting angry and yelling was not going to get anyone anywhere. But maybe a refresher course on customer service is needed for the kid's working there."

I waited for the people who ordered the wings to finish so I could warn them not to eat what they had been served, since that staff member had licked his fingers multiple times, didn’t wear gloves, and wiped his hands on his pants. It was embarrassing to see such huge health hazards! To say the least, we didn’t touch our food after that! We ended up reporting the situation to food safety services. No one in the kitchen was wearing gloves, which is just disgusting. I highly recommend avoiding this place!
