"This was a nice little discovery! I enjoyed it very much. It was almost like going to have a nice breakfast at someone's house. Everybody obviously knew each other very well, because they were having lots of personal discussions all around me. Not that I didn't get great service, because I did. It just felt very homey. At the waitress's suggestion, I got the Pineapple Cream Soda. She did not steer me wrong. I expected it to have cream in it, but it was really more like a regular cream soda but with that warm pineapple flavor infused into it. Excellent beverage. I also ordered the waffle and egg combo, but I upgraded to the ricotta and lemon curd waffle. That was a seriously good waffle. And I have to say that I was very impressed with whoever cooked my eggs. I got them poached, and poached eggs are apparently very difficult to do well. Half the time they come floating in a cup of warm water, and the other half of the time they're just kind of disintegrated. But these poached eggs were perfect. There was almost no cooking water in my bowl, and the whites and yolks were both cooked exactly the way they should have been. I would come here again just for those eggs. The only thing about the breakfast I didn't really prefer, oddly enough, was the sausage. It was a high quality sausage, I could tell, but it didn't have that rich, sausage flavor that I like. I'm not really sure how else to describe it. It just felt like it was lacking something. Next time I will try the bacon, instead. All that to say, it was an excellent breakfast. $20, not including tip, and I was so full that I wasn't able to finish it. I would absolutely eat here again, and next time I'm in the area, I'm bringing my husband with me and we're swinging by for brunch."

"Snooze is awesome. I’ve been to Snooze several times and never been disappointed. Their creative pancakes are the fluffiest and most moist I’ve ever had and they are perfectly balanced as far as flavor profile and textures. I’ve had the Pineapple Upsidedown which are amazing and the Strawberry Shortcake which are also fantastic. Each Snooze features local hot sauce which is a nice touch. They have a full-on coffee/latte/cappuccino station as well as mixed alcoholic drinks if you want to party in the A.M. I don’t eat pork but they offer chicken sausage which is a really good substitute. My over medium eggs were cooked perfectly. My only criticisms for taking off a star are that this location is too busy any time you’ll likely want to go, parking is a frustration, and you’ll wait 35 minites or more. Also… why the heck don’t they have a mobile coffee station outside for the guests who are waiting? It would generate cashflow, give the customers waiting out in the cold a nice, hot, sweet treat, and encourage conversation among the guests rather than everyone staring at their phone or stalking the people sitting at the bar (you can grab a seat at the bar whenever available without being on the wait list). Just my 2 cents…P.S I drank a few gulps of my cappuccino before the pic. It was originally bulging to the absolute max above the rim without dripping off the side. Well done barrista! Lastly, I feel that once you add up all the sides to make a complete breakfast, it was a bit pricey. If you have a date you could be spending close to $60-70 for breakfast after tip as of January 2023. Also, I just noticed that the menu says cappuccinos are $4.95 but they charged me $6.45?"
