"I've never had a problem with the food at Rosati's in Aurora on Ogden Ave but the service is very inconsistent. I paid for a Double Dough pizza only to receive a thin crust. It wasn't a big problem until I tried calling 3 separate times and no one answered. Really was not helpful especially when I needed the order to be right for a party that I was attending. Strongly recommend going to the Rosati's in Naperville where they'll get your order right and have someone available to answer the phone."

"My date and I decided to stop by this sports bar after our dinner at Cafe Borgia. We were in the mood for some pool and darts, but unfortunately, they don’t have those available. Instead, we decided to stick around and people-watch (the crowd was very young), ordering drinks and a few appetizers. The pork quesadillas and pork bites were excellent. Our server, a friendly and attentive college student, added to our enjoyment. It's a great spot to catch a game and enjoy a live DJ at 10 PM."

"I just started working in the Bethel Park area and as soon as I seen this place I knew I had to try it. Any restaurant that serves chicken parm I HAVE to try! I was NOT expecting the HULARGOUS portions!! I also ordered fettuccine alfredo a la carte and added grilled chicken it was a whole meal in itself! Other reviewers said they had leftovers for a couple of days… I can say I am going to have them for the entire week since I eat small portions. The Alfredo sauce is the tastiest I’ve had everything is waaaay batter than any National chain!!! The stuffed mushrooms LITERALLY the best I’ve ever had!! Sidenote: This was a take out order on top of it all! Worth every penny!"

"Inedible. Not exaggerating. Ordered the Papa Joe's — Double pep, onion, well done thin crust. Got a powdered bottomed barely cooked extra extra cheese single pep, no onions. That's a lot of cheese that was still stick shaped in the middle. What did I expect from a gas station. Guy was nice on the phone. Campers beware. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner"

"This place absolutely has the best pizza and pasta my wife and I have had. I had the baked mostaccioli which was just amazing with plenty of cheese and pasta. My wife had the eggplant parmesan which was also terrific. Portions were large and the service by our waitress April was great. "If you want a delicious pizza. Here's the place to go. If you try to find out what you want to eat. Try it. They won't be disappointed. I had the subs, wings, cheese bread and once a calzone. "The service was lacking as well. We had to ask for a glass for our beer, and aside from one couple at the bar, we were the only customers there. We ended up walking to the bar to pay our bill. The ambiance was non-existent; what could have been a cozy space felt rather neglected. A thorough cleaning would make a significant difference. The tables were greasy, and the plastic-covered menus need replacing, as they gave off an impression of poor sanitation. It’s puzzling why restaurants use plastic covers; they always end up looking grimy after a short while. A better strategy would be to print a few hundred menus on plain paper for single use and then toss them. This approach would simplify menu updates and be more cost-effective with just a little planning. While AJ's might be suitable for a beer and a burger, there are certainly cleaner and better choices in Adams. We won’t be coming back."

"UPDATE: The owner contacted me after reading my review and personally apologized for the service we received. He said that they had extra business today due to the holiday (and other places being closed) and other employees called in and they weren't able to get the positions filled. The fact that he took the time to reply to me personally says a lot about how much he cares about customers. I only hope that his employees can fill in the gaps that they've left so that more customers don't have to go through the same thing.Let me first start by saying our waitress was great even though she forgot things. Why did she forget things? Because she was the only one running the dining room and the bar. We waited for more than 5 minutes at the front door to be seated before we were even noticed. There were about 3 un-bussed tables when we came in. We ordered food, the wife asked for water with lemon. She got water, no lemons. We asked again about the lemons. No lemons. Our food came. Kara had the calzone and I had the Hot Ham Swiss. Kara was given a knife only to eat with. Had to ask the very busy waitress for a knife and lemons. Finally got both. The Ham Swiss was very good as well as the home fries (chips). One couple waited for about 10 minutes at the door to be seated while we were there. By this time there were about 5 tables that needed to be bussed including the 3 from when we came in. All the while the waitress was trying to balance taking orders, seating people, cashing out and tending bar. Once we were done I walked up to the bar so I could catch this very busy lady to cash out myself. I made sure to leave her a good tip because I could tell this wasn't a problem with the waitress, it was A HUGE problem with the management. I'd like to say I'd recommend this place but I'd have to say, go eat somewhere else. And to the nice waitress, you deserve employee of the month and a raise."

"Being a Chicago transplant long mourning delicious pizza since moving here, we decided to try Sir Pizza. You call on the phone, the order-taker is sullen/unfriendly. They tell you 10-15 min to pick up your order, which tells me that they are using a frozen crust, not fresh (which would take FAR longer to cook). I walk in and see a dirty dining area, dusty lights, ripped booth upholstery, stained carpet, etc. To say I was not optimistic is an understatement. Then I tried the pizza...OMG, it was absolutely DELICIOUS! Reminded me of the flavor of the pizza from my favorite Chicago-area joint! Seeing the condition of the dining area, I shudder to think of what's going on in the kitchen. But I don't care. It's worth the risk. It. Is. That. GOOD!"
