"UPDATE: The owner contacted me after reading my review and personally apologized for the service we received. He said that they had extra business today due to the holiday (and other places being closed) and other employees called in and they weren't able to get the positions filled. The fact that he took the time to reply to me personally says a lot about how much he cares about customers. I only hope that his employees can fill in the gaps that they've left so that more customers don't have to go through the same thing.Let me first start by saying our waitress was great even though she forgot things. Why did she forget things? Because she was the only one running the dining room and the bar. We waited for more than 5 minutes at the front door to be seated before we were even noticed. There were about 3 un-bussed tables when we came in. We ordered food, the wife asked for water with lemon. She got water, no lemons. We asked again about the lemons. No lemons. Our food came. Kara had the calzone and I had the Hot Ham Swiss. Kara was given a knife only to eat with. Had to ask the very busy waitress for a knife and lemons. Finally got both. The Ham Swiss was very good as well as the home fries (chips). One couple waited for about 10 minutes at the door to be seated while we were there. By this time there were about 5 tables that needed to be bussed including the 3 from when we came in. All the while the waitress was trying to balance taking orders, seating people, cashing out and tending bar. Once we were done I walked up to the bar so I could catch this very busy lady to cash out myself. I made sure to leave her a good tip because I could tell this wasn't a problem with the waitress, it was A HUGE problem with the management. I'd like to say I'd recommend this place but I'd have to say, go eat somewhere else. And to the nice waitress, you deserve employee of the month and a raise."

This restaurant is no longer in operation. Dining options in Damascus are quite limited on Mondays and Tuesdays, as most places are closed.

I attempted to order pizza from this place twice. The first time, it was closed for a birthday party, and the second time, I checked their hours and it indicated they were open, but when I tried the door, it was locked. It seems like they're not really interested in doing business.

So I came for dinner before going to work the iron mountain fries were amazing along with the server was very friendly. Honestly the reason I gave a three was because of these two things the pizza was a 1 out of 5 it was greasy and as a pizza place I fell they should offer more than just thin crust. We got the meat lovers it was 14 dollars and the meat all tasted bland so I wouldn’t personally recommend it but it wasn’t terrible maybe we just ordered the wrong thing. View menu

I told her I was fine with eating it there instead of taking it to go as offered, and she promised that they would remove the calzone from my bill. However, when she returned with the bill, I found that it still included the calzone, and she explained that the manager refused to remove it since they were making it for me after all. This is completely unacceptable customer service. You mess up my order twice, I watch everyone else at the table eat and finish while I wait for my meal, and then you still have the audacity to charge me? Stopped in for lunch before hitting up the trail. Service was okay, food was okay, but what was really crazy is that my order was messed up twice. The first time, they made my calzone with pepperoni when it was supposed to be cheese only, then remade it and said it would only be 5 minutes.
