"Living in a small town with no bagel shops, I was curious about their shelf life since they were freshly made and probably without preservatives. The young man at the counter recommended freezing them, and when I wanted to eat one, just microwave it for 20 seconds and then toast it. Following his advice worked perfectly—they tasted as if they had just come out of the oven! I bought six, but after my husband and parents tasted them, I wished I had purchased more!
