The chicken sandwich I had was dry; it seemed like a piece of fried meat that had been microwaved. I could go on, but I must mention the milkshake—it tasted like a mix of powdered milk and water that had been frozen. I'm not someone who usually leaves negative reviews; most of my feedback is positive, even when the food is just okay. With a name like Big City, I sincerely hope the management takes note and improves the cooking. Additionally, there was an unpleasant odor in the restaurant. Shaking my head in disappointment."
