Big City Wings Copperfield

I am a E-5 in the Marin's and I can say if you are coming with your family's do not! and I repeat DO NOT! come with your family they will take long. but other then that the food is great.

So far the best wing place that my spouse and I have been too. Staff was attentive from start to finish, our waitress Aiyana was the best always making sure that everything was ok. Food was delicious, crawfish was on point. Definitely coming back again . Had such an awesome time having dinner at this location. Food: 5/5

1-star review: I arrived and took a seat, but after waiting 15 minutes, not a single waitress came to assist us. It was lunchtime, and the restaurant wasn't busy at all. A waitress even walked past us without acknowledging our presence. This was my first visit, and it will likely be my last. Such a waste of my lunch hour. Shake my head. Service: 1/5 View menu

Had lunch here recently for the first time as Big City Wings (visited Wings N More many times prior) and was really impressed! I had the wing basket, my husband had the grilled chicken sandwich, and we shared onion rings- all of it tasted fresh and so delicious! Our server was attentive and provided great service as well. The restaurant was very clean. Will definitely return!

Came on a Friday before the big rush. The wings were awesome and I love the new menu! Waitress was great and very attentive and accommodating. It's really bright in there with school cafeteria style tables and chairs. I guess I'm a bit old school in that I enjoy a comfortable setting with cushions on a chair and a dining room setting without formica tables look they got at Walmart.

Service was not great, though our waitress was terrific. Manager at the time was less than enthusiastic, slow pitched changing to requested station, took forever on drinks then served wrong beer(in all fairness he caught his error and corrected). Fries would have been better hot but got lukewarm. This was a slow Monday so I feel there was no excuse. Hoping for a better result next time. View menu

It smells like someone threw-up in here and they didn't clean it up! The hostess tried to tell me that they spilled tea and didn't get it cleaned up as well as they thought. Ma'am! That is sewage!I met a friend here for lunch and they love the salads. . .from what I was told, it was very good and was fresh. I didn't order anything because I could not get over the smell that hit me in the face when I walked in.I don't know how a place of business can operate like this and not be shut down. I highly doubt I'll be back.

1) The host, who was right in front of us, completely ignored us until he finished his conversation. 2) After we were finally seated, we waited a full 20 minutes without any attention at our table, while other diners who arrived after us were served drinks immediately. When a staff member noticed our predicament, he went to find our server, but she didn't show up for another 5 minutes. 3) When I requested mustard to go with my meal, the waiter responded with a sigh and a dismissive gesture that showed an unpleasant attitude. 4) I gave my credit card to the waitress for payment, but she disappeared for another 10 minutes. Given these experiences, I decided not to leave a tip.

This restaurant was disappointing. The food quality was subpar. The mac and cheese sticks were cold in the middle and lacked flavor. I ordered wings that tasted just like typical bar wings—nothing special. My daughter found the fried pickles too sour, and she typically enjoys them. The chicken sandwich I had was dry; it seemed like a piece of fried meat that had been microwaved. I could go on, but I must mention the milkshake—it tasted like a mix of powdered milk and water that had been frozen. I'm not someone who usually leaves negative reviews; most of my feedback is positive, even when the food is just okay. With a name like Big City, I sincerely hope the management takes note and improve... View menu
