"I go here often. Big things for newbies to be aware of.1)The line is often long and slow to order. It is still cheaper and as fast as ordering ahead of time, and your food will be fresher. So order in person, just bring your patience with you.2) The daily specials are BY FAR the best deal and often very good. If you choose salad instead of soup, specify that you want the DRESSING ON THE SIDE! Trust. Me.3) No matter what you order, know what you want before you get to the register. Speak loudly, slowly, and clearly. Otherwise you might end up with something you didn't order (mozzarella sticks instead of cheesecake, etc).4) They will hand you a strip of paper with a number on it. You MUST NOT lose this piece of paper. They will call your number when your food is ready, and you will exchange the ticket for your food. It may be your only verification when they're busy and will cause a significant delay if lost.5) Stand or sit as far away from the counter as possible while still being within earshot when waiting. Otherwise you may be in the way or have too many strangers accidentally brush against you and that's nasty.6) Don't forget dessert!"
