"I had a terrible experience at Rice King. They messed up my order and then asked me to return 14 individual rangoons, which I had to handle with my bare hands! The delivery driver was friendly at first, but she later came back to my door insisting on taking the extra rangoons back, even though I had already tipped her. When I called to speak with a manager, I was told they were unavailable because they were out running errands. I was extremely disappointed with the service. While they did refund the extra charge, asking me to return food that had already entered my home was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. After being treated so poorly, I requested a refund, but they refused. Their service was far from satisfactory, and I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience."
