"I had a terrible experience at Rice King. They messed up my order and then asked me to return 14 individual rangoons, which I had to handle with my bare hands! The delivery driver was friendly at first, but she later came back to my door insisting on taking the extra rangoons back, even though I had already tipped her. When I called to speak with a manager, I was told they were unavailable because they were out running errands. I was extremely disappointed with the service. While they did refund the extra charge, asking me to return food that had already entered my home was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. After being treated so poorly, I requested a refund, but they refused. Their service was far from satisfactory, and I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience."

Rice King Express offers some of the finest Chinese cuisine in the area. I've been dining here since we moved in 2020, and I've always been pleased with their generous portions and delicious flavors. The food even tastes great the next day as leftovers. They provide their own delivery service for free—just remember to tip! The delivery is impressively quick; they estimate 45 minutes but typically arrive in about 20.

I got severe food poisoning from ordering food from this restaurant. I am SO disappointed because I loved this place and ordered all the time! For reference, I ordered the chicken fried rice and general tso’s chicken. I have reported the incident to doordash customer service and they have escalated this report. I hope the health inspection office shuts this place down until the owners can follow health and hygiene guidelines. Incredibly disappointed ?!
