"Building has survived under several names, always a restaurant with seemingly endless list of available beers and ales. The chosen moniker was obviously a oxymoron since it's easy to say, remember and definitely not a dive. Upbeat vibes permeate the atmosphere, restrooms are clean and well stocked and there's adequate spacing between tables for optimum comfort. The Dive has a good menu variety whether you seek pub food, business lunch, or date dinner as it's small but features items picked for the pleasure of your palate. I can tell you that you'll need more tortillas and salsa with their fajitas as serving comes with three but worry not, there's plenty for two to share and be fully satisfied. Today I tried the Vegan's nightmare and I must say I've never seen a bigger, busier burger. Server warned me it was a lot of food but left it for me to discover the fun of eating it, lol. I had to ask for a separate plate and use utensils. Pretty darned messy but knife and fork helped and flavors were great. Burger seemed hand formed, was perfectly cooked and juicy, egg imparted savory notes awesomely combined with ham, jalapenos were proportional for proper kick and bbq sauce/fried pickle combo married together great. This one isn't for the faint, folks. Loaded fries it comes with could serve two by itself and they're great with a mug of beer. Food preparation, presentation and portions are in the very good category and beer is extra cold. Service has usually been from attentive, articulate and personable staff. Above average quality of food and service makes it worth your while to try the Dive for a change of pace from time to time, in my opinion. Edit: Owner kindly replied that the Dive does indeed have a children's menu and highchairs as well as happy hours Monday through Friday from 4-7 pm."

"I?ll start with this used to be my favorite local Italian joint? Went on a date night here with my husband last night. Our server was friendly and mostly attentive. Ordered a Caesar salad with my entree, way too much dressing on it but I sucked it up.Entree was decent but not what it used to be, their marinara sauce on eggplant parm used to be amazing-not anymore. When it cametime for boxes our waitress disappeared, we didn?t get drink refills as requested, a different waitress boxed our leftovers andimmediately brought the check. I wanted dessert to take home but whatever. While waiting for our check I watched a waitresswhose last table left (it?s about 8 pm at this point) go to the bar and pour a glass of wine. No big deal she was off shift. Wepaid and left. When we walked outside our ?2nd? waitress and the waitress who was drinking wine were sitting outside. Again nobig deal perhaps they were off shift, however, just seems unprofessional to be sitting outside the front entrance drinking whilecustomers are still inside. Business hours are until 10 pm so perhaps they could have waited until closing. Heated up myleftover eggplant parm for dinner tonight again just mediocre, few bites in and guess what I bit into?STEEL-WOOL/Brillopad/scouring pad. Glad they?re cleaning their pots and pans in the kitchen but really could have done without the STEEL! I hatewriting negative reviews but this place is really going downhill, doubt I?ll be back to give another try."

"When we finally received some attention, it took a long time for the staff to bring around the meat. The selections offered were quite repetitive – mostly sausage, tri-tip, bacon-wrapped filet mignon, and garlic beef. We found ourselves having to request lamb, chicken, and other cuts that were listed on the menu but were not being offered. By the time we saw picanha, we were already full and ready to leave, having spent about an hour and a half there. Additionally, the 'Market Bar' was rather underwhelming compared to other Brazilian steakhouses we've visited, offering limited choices. While I understand that many people come for the meat, a well-rounded Brazilian experience is usually appreciated. We had made our reservation specifically for a birthday celebration, but we were never asked if we were celebrating anything. I later learned that the restaurant offers complimentary dessert for special occasions, as I overheard a waitress at the neighboring table asking her guests if they wanted dessert, casually mentioning that she could provide it for free since they were celebrating an anniversary. The waitress who brought our check didn’t ask about our celebration either, but managed to inquire at the table next to us, informing them about the free dessert for the birthday girl. I want to emphasize that we are easy-going diners and usually leave generous tips, but due to the poor service we experienced, we felt unable to tip well. It’s unfortunate, but we certainly won’t be returning to this establishment."
