"after the COVID-Hit norman’s cafe, people stopped eating in the restaurant. however, they have tables outside the parking lot if they want to sit and eat. norman’s cafe like any other has difficulty working people for them. the workers with whom they speak are very nice and they are very helpful. Outside and inside in cafe is neat and very well kept. I'd come back because I had a great experience for the first time to come here."

"I stopped here during a road trip, and it was definitely the strangest Taco Time I've ever visited. We placed our order and ended up waiting quite a while at the window for our food, which was fine initially. However, the real issue was the cheese on my fish taco. Who puts cheese, especially cheddar, on a fish taco? Well, this place does. To my surprise, the fish taco actually doesn’t even come with cheese normally?! We also ordered a cheese quesadilla, which was mostly just half-melted cheese paired with a very watery scoop of pico de gallo. The crispy beef burritos also had a somewhat questionable taste. I’d like to add that we’re guessing the cheese on the fish taco might be a regional thing, as it’s definitely not something you'd find at a coastal Taco Time."

"TACO LOVERS BEWARE! Do you love burnt disgusting Mexican food? Then Taco Time on Francis is for you! Spent $35. Let's see, old burnt taco meat, missing food, burnt food, wrong food, get the pattern here? The extra super cool bonus? The store is run by teenagers who care less about your order or the customers. Called to talk to the manager Kaitlyn. She said sorry about your luck. They don't give refunds even if they mess it up. Asked to have the owner contact me but apparently the owner doesn't care either. The prices have gone up so high I can eat at a real Mexican restaurant instead of this restaurant hell. I would give no stars but I have to give one. If you listen to any reviews listen to this one. When you see Taco Time just keep on driving or you will be the next one writing the negative review."

"the audacity this corporation has to even exist is absolutely crazy. you cannot tell me that they are really making money off of these stale, mold infested tacos. last week, i went here after i went on a sightseeing journey to see the only escaltors in all of wyoming which were here in casper and i was actually starving. when i got my order and i took a bite out of it, i actually thought that the shell was made out of dinosaur leather from the cretaceous period. the meat in this taco had the texture and consistancy of a pencil. i couldnt even bite through it. the lettuce was so old when it entered my mouth, i had to directly go to the nearest hospital because of the amount of sharpness those little leaves had. the lettuce was so sharp and crunchy, i genuinely thought it was the toenails of the homeless woman i saw in the target bathroom 4 hours and 39 minutes prior to this visit. the pico actually tasted like the word booger. it was sour and horrivly mushy. i actually thought i was tasting the fecal matter of the homeless woman i saw in the target bathroom 4 hours and 39 minutes prior to this visit. the guacamole tasted like what like what the actual mole on the face of the homeless woman i had seen in the target bathroom 4 hours and 39 minutes prior to this visit looked like. i swear the guacamole was a hologram, but yet it still tasted like old sweat. sos tacotime."

"Gotta say, it takes a whole lot to impress me when ordering fast food, especially for delivery. But your Sunday lunch crew did just that today (you guys rock! . Even though i'm missing a part of my order (didn't get my mexi-fries , i'm still very satisfied with everything else. Food was great tasting, presentation was clean (most places are sloppy when prepping and packing the food , and the extra steps taken before sending the food out the door (packing each order in individual bags and labeling them are very much appreciated. Also gotta mention, you guys weren't stingy with your ingredients, thank you! I truly hope this will be a consistent thing. Great job!"
