Let's see, old burnt taco meat, missing food, burnt food, wrong food, get the pattern here? The extra super cool bonus? The store is run by teenagers who care less about your order or the customers. Called to talk to the manager Kaitlyn. She said sorry about your luck. They don't give refunds even if they mess it up. Asked to have the owner contact me but apparently the owner doesn't care either. The prices have gone up so high I can eat at a real Mexican restaurant instead of this restaurant hell. I would give no stars but I have to give one. If you listen to any reviews listen to this one. When you see Taco Time just keep on driving or you will be the next one writing the negative review."

Taco time is still just disgusting. The tots seemed like they were pulled out of a fridge. The tacos were not even half full. I asked for salsa Fresca and got fermented bloated salsa containers. Seriously unreal.

Total garbage. Tacos are a joke. partially filled at best. Taco salad was a half full as well. I've eaten at Taco Time since the 70's. The Five Mile location has ended a longstanding family tradition. Eat elsewhere!!!! View menu

I did not receive one of the items I ordered online from this restaurant, which has happened before. I called to address the issue, but they refused to correct it because the order was placed online. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

I had some issues with the rating system, in the realm of fast food they definitely deserve 5 stars. They may not be a high-end restaurant, but when you're craving tasty food in a hurry, this is the spot to visit. I went without Taco Time for a period of time and settled for the other chain with the bell, but I always felt uncertain about the quality of their meat.
