"I've been to Straw Hat Pizza multiple times, and overall, the service has been quite good. However, there have been occasions when the man who claims to be the owner takes my order, and my experience has been less than satisfactory. After he takes my order, he frequently forgets what I wanted, and I often receive a burnt pizza. Additionally, I've noticed that he dives right into food preparation without washing his hands, which is rather unsanitary! Because of this, I hesitate to order if he's the one handling the food. Otherwise, I'd give them a full 5 stars."
