"When we came upon this location we figured it would be great because our home location straw hat is delicious. Wrong! We came here and nobody was in line waiting. We ordered the $20 special that came with a 2 liter and pepperoni pizza with wings. Good price but we placed the order and came back in at the time he told us to 15-20 min. Someone who ordered after me got their food first. A second order after us was almost done as well. When we went to app he told us it was almost done. He didn't even know what we ordered only to find out he had our order waiting on the side the whole time! We waited 45 min for a pizza that was done. On top of that, no one wore gloves. Never going back here."

Came here w restaurant.com certificate. Not knowing cert only good for pizza purchase , not stated anywhere on cert. Dude also had an attitude. Guess there's a reason the place is empty on a Friday dinner time!!!

Convenient Liquor store, and pizza joint in one. Warm springs area. If you like Straw Hat, which we do, you'll enjoy the pizza best ordered crispy. Also a cool spot to relax after a long day. They have large TVs with cable sports and comfy booths. They have good specials on wine too! Owner and workers are friendly. Cheers!
