"we had eaten a few times in the chef paz and had enjoyed eating until yesterday. first we were surprised to see that their printed new menu did not include any prices; only a short description of the food offered. I didn't have my phone with me so I couldn't scan the qcode for the menu. we ordered the trilogia marina. the jalea, or roasted seafood, was dreadfully boiled. the garnel, whistle and calamari were dried and wrapped in a dark brown fried dough, almost as if they had been fried again to be heated again. the paella was in order, but had very few seafood in it. the ceviche share was really small, much too sharp (and we can season), and the spiced swirls on the top were not fresh or crisp. when we got the bill, we didn't think that the court deserves an almost $50 price day. the only thing we enjoyed was the Maracuya potion and the Cilantro sauce. we can try cook paz again and hope for a better meal, but we were really disappointed this time."
