Chef Paz - Menu

Fantastic!. I really enjoyed my meal. I ordered ceviche and a stew. Both were great. I'm looking forward to going back next time I'm in Milwaukee.

I do not know much about Peruvian food, but what we had at Chef Paz was very good well seasoned, good portions, and unique combinations of fries and meat....

Wonderful food and excellent service. You cannot go wrong on this menu. And even better it is authentic. Go with the recommended dishes and make sure you get plenty of green spicy sauce and one side of the fried curtains. View menu

Gluten-free options. Had the Arroz de Pollo and it was nicely juicy and came with a fresh Zilantro and Jalepeño Dressing. Vegetables came in a beautiful marinade, very interesting. Try this authentic Peruvian drink, pretty good.

I visited Chef Paz 2x this week. Both for lunch and both experiences were awesome!Staff is very welcoming and the place is clean. Wonder and tasty empanadas and plantains. Savory shrimp soup and a decent chicken pot.Her recipes are full of flavor and special touches.Prices are good and service was quick even when most of the tables were full.The kitchen must be efficient.We will be back and definitely tell others about this place.Thanks for some wonderful lunches!

this little jewel is a great sound. I had no quantity of Peruvian food in the past, but what I had, kumpels in comparison to chef pazs amazing creations. everything is so light and fresh that it blown me away. the ceviche was so tasty, but do you like one and if they are not in a position to eat spicy decide for mild. the place seems to be packed all the time so they might have to wait for a table like us, but it is worth waiting. chef paz will most likely ask at her table how it was eating, that is the sign of a owner who cares. Chef Paz offers amazing food with authentic flavors. The Ceviche Mixta is fresh and bright, and also a treat on your pallet. The main dishes we enjoyed, Arroz con Pollo and Beef Stew, we are both well seasoned, tender and had delicious sides. Although the service was at first something on the slow side, patience prevailed and made the visit worth. As such, as long as you know, it can take a little longer to get drinks, etc. (the food came appropriate and without problem), you will be satisfied. The Moose Potpourri Dessert is also amazing!

The golden sun of Peru rises and sets here. It is hard to believe that such a great and cozy Peruvian restaurant can be found here in Wisconsin. I just hope my in-laws do not read this and I stop getting invites to their homes to eat their food. The flavors are unmatched, the ceviche was spot on perfect, I ordered the mixed plate and they did not cheap out on the quantity, for $14.00 even. The green tamale was the best tasting one I have, no bitterness at all. That takes some hard work to get it done to that level of greatness. The anticucho was packed with flavor, slightly overcooked for my taste, as I prefer the anticuchos cooked medium and no more than medium well.

we had eaten a few times in the chef paz and had enjoyed eating until yesterday. first we were surprised to see that their printed new menu did not include any prices; only a short description of the food offered. I didn't have my phone with me so I couldn't scan the qcode for the menu. we ordered the trilogia marina. the jalea, or roasted seafood, was dreadfully boiled. the garnel, whistle and calamari were dried and wrapped in a dark brown fried dough, almost as if they had been fried again to be heated again. the paella was in order, but had very few seafood in it. the ceviche share was really small, much too sharp (and we can season), and the spiced swirls on the top were not fresh or cr...
