"My bf and I come here for special occasions as we did tonight and the service we received tonight was more than subpar. Made reservations for 6pm, arrived on time and our seats were given to the walk ins who came in the door right before we did. Let the hostess know I was here for my reservation and she looked shook and walked away without a word. Was told by I guess the assistant manager that people were seated where they shouldn't be one moment. They decided to just seat us and you can see per the picture below we saw the back of the show which is the whole point of hibachi. Food was great and server was great as well. Just know there's no point in making a reservation. There was no real apology or accommodations other than a discount offered after my check was paid. Not to mention during black history month at that, but anyways Dominic if you were wondering why I didn't tip that's why, your service was flawless."
