"Kindly think about adjusting your business hours in the event of an early closure. I tried to place an order while on my way, but my call went unanswered. Upon arrival, I observed that the open sign was still lit, but upon entering, I was informed that they had already closed, with staff appearing to be idle. It would have been greatly appreciated if someone had answered the phone and let me know about the early closure. I used to have a positive experience at this establishment, but encountering this unprofessional behavior will deter me from returning."
