"Ordered to-go, One grilled chicken plate and one hamburger steak plate, was told it would be 10 to 12 minutes, I arrived about 10 minutes afterI hung up, Was greeted within a minute, paid for my food and then waited about another 10 minutes before I received it. I could see through the to go window the cook, a woman, begin cooking something on the grill, AFTER I arrived. After receiving my order I pulled forward to check it, and proceeded to find out that I did not have any napkins, to go silverware, and also grilled peppers were missing from both plates, I pulled back in the parking lot and went inside to find ZERO Dine in customers, the manager, a woman, sitting at the bar checking receipts/money and two other girls just standing behind the counter, all just talking. I told them all what was wrong with my order and ot wasn’t until then I was told they were out of grilled peppers... I received apologies for the other things missing although they were not overly pleasant, by far, was given a handful of napkins and one set of to go silver, thankfully I was paying attention and reminded them that I got two plates so I had to ask for another set. VERY poor service!!"
