"The meal started off promising with some tasty appetizers, but unfortunately, that was as good as it got. We had our 11-month-old, a 3-year-old, and a 7-year-old with us, and it took nearly an hour and a half for our meals to arrive. We were on the verge of leaving when our food finally showed up, and, to our dismay, most of it was cold. My onion rings and the kids’ meals were not only cold but also beginning to feel stale, and our meat was served at room temperature. The reduction on my husband’s plate was completely dried onto the plate and wouldn’t even come off with a fork.
To add to our frustration, we watched as three tables that arrived after us were served and finished their meals before us, while other tables received their food within 20 minutes. We politely brought our concerns to the attention of two different managers, but all they offered was to remove only the tax from our bill. We ended up spending $100 (after the discount, not including the tip) for cold meals for two adults and two kids.
As a family that doesn’t often indulge, we truly regret choosing this place and doubt we’ll return for a meal. We certainly won’t be recommending it to anyone, nor will we bring our extended family when they visit. As my husband put it, we should have just gone to Wendy's on the corner for a warm birthday dinner."
