"The meal started off promising with some tasty appetizers, but unfortunately, that was as good as it got. We had our 11-month-old, a 3-year-old, and a 7-year-old with us, and it took nearly an hour and a half for our meals to arrive. We were on the verge of leaving when our food finally showed up, and, to our dismay, most of it was cold. My onion rings and the kids’ meals were not only cold but also beginning to feel stale, and our meat was served at room temperature. The reduction on my husband’s plate was completely dried onto the plate and wouldn’t even come off with a fork. To add to our frustration, we watched as three tables that arrived after us were served and finished their meals before us, while other tables received their food within 20 minutes. We politely brought our concerns to the attention of two different managers, but all they offered was to remove only the tax from our bill. We ended up spending $100 (after the discount, not including the tip) for cold meals for two adults and two kids. As a family that doesn’t often indulge, we truly regret choosing this place and doubt we’ll return for a meal. We certainly won’t be recommending it to anyone, nor will we bring our extended family when they visit. As my husband put it, we should have just gone to Wendy's on the corner for a warm birthday dinner."

Great! It is a unique place to visit. Food was excellent. Atmosphere was casual but still very nice. The decor is just wonderful. The view of the animals is fun, if you can get a table near the windows. And definitely go back to see the animals when your dinner is over. View menu

The place features a small shop that has a live sloth, which is a fun addition. You can even pay to go outside and see the animals in their pens and enclosures. I recommend offering a toy or something similar for the raccoon, perhaps a large ball for the other animal pens as well. Overall, a great visit!

The service and food were outstanding—arguably some of the best New York strip steaks I've ever tasted! I also tried a cup of bison chili, which was fantastic. For dessert, I indulged in the berry chimichanga served with ice cream, and it was simply divine! While we didn’t visit the animal park, our window seat allowed us to enjoy a view of the animals. I highly recommend this place!

Incredible experience! The meal was delicious, the service was excellent, and the charming little zoo added to the fun. Our server, Cameron, took fantastic care of us and had a wonderful personality. We particularly enjoyed watching the bees in the gift shop area. It was a lovely touch when the owner brought out some fresh honeycomb for us to share while we were there. We loved Bama Bucks! The food was great and our server was super attentive too. All of the apps were top notch, absolutely loved the capers on the Cesar salad. The bison and the filet were exactly medium rare as ordered. Don't sleep on the sweet potato, it was phenomenal! The kids loves looking at all the animals while we waited. I recommend getting some pepper jelly in the gift shop because it was so yummy with the fried pimento cheese balls!

We called ahead and learned that they don’t take reservations and don’t serve alcohol, but they encouraged us to bring our own wine with no corkage fee. We picked up a bottle of red wine on the way. Upon arrival, we were informed there might be a 25-30 minute wait, so we settled around the large fire pit and enjoyed our wine.
