"The health standards are something to make serious note of. Having worked in several kitchens across the country I feel like I should speak on these things. First of all on two separate occasions I’ve seen the kitchen manager/owner wearing flip flops in the kitchen. This evening I got to watch three of the four employees in the BOH eating while putting my food in our Togo containers and bagging it. Not only did I see them eating through the entire process the blonde girl was seen licking her fingers and handling my food. In shock I watched and never once saw her wash her hands. My sister and I left and threw our food away, which is a waste because it isn’t cheap by any means. This is how illness is spread… I really have enjoyed every time I’ve eaten at the burger place in the mill but after this experience I won’t buy and consume anything from them again , it scares me to think of what else happens below the sight of the counter. They weren’t busy and there was an entire dining room full of open tables."
