"I had a really rough day on Thursday. I won’t go into details, but I left school early around 8:50 PM because I needed some ice cream. I rushed over in tears and arrived at 9:03, just after they closed at 9. The staff inside kindly served me anyway, even though they didn't have to, and it really brightened my night. The ice cream was delicious too! I don’t know these women and they don’t know me, but they were a little ray of kindness in the world. If they happen to see this, I want to express my gratitude. Thank you all for your generosity!"

"Terrible customer service. I visited on a Saturday night and noticed there were two people behind the counter, but only one of them was actually working. The other one spent 15 minutes repeatedly cleaning the same counter while the line continued to grow. The customers ahead of me requested whipped cream, only to be told, "Sorry, we're out of whipped cream." Really? An ice cream shop out of whipped cream? We also asked for a smoothie and were informed, "Sorry, we’re out of smoothie mix." After 15 minutes of wiping the counter, the employee finally turned to help us…"

"The ice cream is delicious! However, why is it that no matter what size cup i ask for they always charge me the same amount? i asked for a medium one time and it was about 7.99 and this last time i asked for a small and they put it in a big cup and then still charged me 7.99. I didnt complain because deep down i knew i really wanted a large, but it strikes me as suspicious. I wonder if they make the ice cream a bigger scoop on purpose, to then put it in a bigger cup, just so they can charge you … – show"
