I don't know what's worse a short staff or a useless staff which is the case here. More workers hanging in the back who looked annoyed they had to come out and actually work. 2 speeds, slow and stop.

Visited last month. A young kid was working that was pretty rude. Even just getting my ice cream seemed like I was bothering him. I don't know if he said one word the whole time. Woman working with him was much nicer.

Don't bother. I can make my own ice cream faster than they serve it. Not one adult to run the place? Just 2 teenagers who could care less about the customers or the wait. Probably overwhelmed so I don't blame them. Bad job by cold stone management to let that happen in a busy place. View menu

This location provided me with the worst experience I've ever had. The staff did not greet customers at all and barely responded when I placed my order. The milkshake I received was essentially just cold milk. My husband ordered butter pecan ice cream but was instead given something with peanut butter chunks. The two employees working on Sunday, September 25th, 2022, really need to be replaced. It was the worst experience I've ever had.

As usual, outstanding ice cream flavor (mint chocolate flake); however, I was shocked with the employee’s poor people skills. I included a picture of her in this review. She was not at all enthusiastic about serving the tourists that entered the shop, didn’t smile once, wasn’t very polite. Terrible customer service. I visited on a Saturday night and noticed there were two people behind the counter, but only one of them was actually working. The other one spent 15 minutes repeatedly cleaning the same counter while the line continued to grow. The customers ahead of me requested whipped cream, only to be told, "Sorry, we're out of whipped cream." Really? An ice cream shop out of whipped cream? We also asked for a smoothie and were informed, "Sorry, we’re out of smoothie mix." After 15 minutes of wiping the counter, the employee finally turned to help us… View menu
