I go to pay with my card and first I was charged twice and I was refunded the money for the second fee, but still the initial payment of $16 and some changes was calculated. The girl who instructed me, ask her employee for help who later called the man. He told the manager what happened and gave me the phone. I told the manager what's happening, but he didn't say anything he can do there. He also said that I would have to be recharged for the milkshake and smoothie, even though I am already charged. I'll ask him how fair it is when I've already paid. After I'm back for a few moments and fourth, I wonder if I could have the regional manager number or his boss number. He told me he was the owner and he had a business to keep. I ask him if he would pay for something he didn't get, he told me he didn't want it. For me, Man Preef, the owner of this site more about $16 than a customer satisfaction. He honestly took care that he didn't get his $16, then he took care of the customer. Just to put the record straight I personally do not believe that customers are always right, but this time I was right, especially when the money has already been deducted from my account."
