My stomach hurts , and from the looks of it someone got food POSIONING I'm scared to eat now

Ice cream was great. Love having the nondairy options!! Servers were friendly and quick. Tables were clean as well.

The dish is incredibly creamy. I ordered the banana dessert, which comes with Heath bar, white chocolate chips, and caramel sauce. It was absolutely delicious!

I recently visited this restaurant for the first time, and it was a delightful experience. The food was absolutely delicious, and the customer service was outstanding. The staff were exceptionally kind and friendly.

Great customer service by Stephanie yesterday. She welcomed us when we entered. She was patient, friendly and shared her favorite flavor. I had a wonderful experience at this Cold Stone location! The staff today were outstanding! The place was spotlessly clean, and the service was top-notch! Yessica prepared our ice creams, and she did an incredible job! She measured out the perfect amount of ice cream and blended the toppings flawlessly, without holding back on any of them. I’ve visited the Cold Stone in Fremont, and this location is definitely superior!

The experience at this restaurant is often unpredictable. The amount of ice cream in the containers varies depending on which staff member is working. I typically decide how much to tip based on my previous visits and my current experience. If I have two disappointing visits in a row, I won’t leave a tip at all. Newer employees are still figuring out the right amount of ice cream for the different container sizes, which can lead to inconsistency.

Cold Stone is my favorite spot for ice cream and brownies. Today, I treated my best friend to some ice cream. However, I had a frustrating experience. As someone with a speech impairment and being a senior, I struggled to communicate my order. Unfortunately, the server was impatient and disrespectful; she yelled at me, saying that if I wasn’t ready to order, she wouldn’t take my order. It's disappointing because if she had better customer service skills and empathy for my condition, I would still support Cold Stone. However, I'll be avoiding the Hayward location due to their lack of sensitivity. My experience was truly awful. View menu
