"They only get 1 because 0 isn't possible. Easiest the most incompetant moronic staff of people imaginable. I believe this is now the 5th time in a row they have screwed up my order. Every time we are polite every time we tip and every time we have to goback and say this bagel is supposed to be toasted or its supposed to he scrambled or its not supposed to have salt and pepper onit. EVERY single time. There's no bagel shops around here but we will just eliminate bagels from our breakfasts instead of keepspending money at such a horrible place to eat. There must be some kind of tax break to hire handicapped people that the owneris receiving. The first few time my wife would go back and they would argue with her that she didn't order what she ordered. Ihave been ordering my bagel the exact same way for 20 years. I used to go to Bagels n Beyond. They knew how to make a bagelcorrectly. Noone gets it right every time I understand people ar ebusy and these aren't rocket scientists thus they make bagels.I understand low skill individuals are necessary for a functioning society. But EVERY time? They can't get an order right evenby accident. Stay away."
