It’s not quite as good as it used to be when Frank was around. He was an amazing person and left us far too soon!

I always stop off for a bagel when I hit the Forsyth refuge, just down the street. Always hits the spot. Good coffee too.

The restaurant has an excellent selection of bagels, providing hearty and dense choices rather than the soft, bread-like substitutes. The staff is also very attentive and thoughtful.

This was my second consecutive visit, and unfortunately, the bagels were rather bland. It appears that they've skimped on quality. This restaurant used to be a five-star gem, but I'm not sure what has changed. I won’t be going back until they make improvements. I'm very disappointed!

They only get 1 because 0 isn't possible. Easiest the most incompetant moronic staff of people imaginable. I believe this is now the 5th time in a row they have screwed up my order. Every time we are polite every time we tip and every time we have to goback and say this bagel is supposed to be toasted or its supposed to he scrambled or its not supposed to have salt and pepper onit. EVERY single time. There's no bagel shops around here but we will just eliminate bagels from our breakfasts instead of keepspending money at such a horrible place to eat.
