"I visited this restaurant around 1pm on 11/18. There were no other customers in the store or at the drive-thru. Two workers near the drive-thru window were engrossed in their conversation, while a third employee was sitting on the counter at the other end of the restaurant, using her phone. After waiting for what felt like 5 minutes, I cleared my throat to get the attention of the cashier who was on her phone. Once I received my coffee, I sat down in the restaurant. The tables and floor were dirty with crumbs and napkins, indicating that the place had not been cleaned in a while. The coffee was good, but the service and cleanliness of the restaurant were below average. To the owner of Tim Hortons, I hope this review serves as a reminder to address the issues mentioned above. It is evident that there is a problem with the employees that needs to be resolved. I am not seeking any compensation, just hoping for improvements to be made. Thank you."
