"I visited this restaurant around 1pm on 11/18. There were no other customers in the store or at the drive-thru. Two workers near the drive-thru window were engrossed in their conversation, while a third employee was sitting on the counter at the other end of the restaurant, using her phone. After waiting for what felt like 5 minutes, I cleared my throat to get the attention of the cashier who was on her phone. Once I received my coffee, I sat down in the restaurant. The tables and floor were dirty with crumbs and napkins, indicating that the place had not been cleaned in a while. The coffee was good, but the service and cleanliness of the restaurant were below average. To the owner of Tim Hortons, I hope this review serves as a reminder to address the issues mentioned above. It is evident that there is a problem with the employees that needs to be resolved. I am not seeking any compensation, just hoping for improvements to be made. Thank you."

Due to the pandemic, only the drive-thru window is open at this restaurant, restricting service to one customer at a time. The hours of operation are also limited, staying open longer than many Tim Hortons, but still shortened.

Many of the reviews for this restaurant are fake, so don't trust the high rating. Most of the staff members are very slow and unnecessarily rude. Avoid this place and go to another restaurant instead. They lack respect and customer service.

My coffee mocha was terrible and so was my chicken panini. The coffee mocha tasted watered down and the cheese was only partially melted on my sandwich. The timbits are old and hard to chew. This was my first time at this location and it will definitely be my last. View menu

The coffee and service were excellent at this restaurant. However, there were some issues with the sausage on my breakfast sandwich. The first time, it was partially frozen but I still ate it because I was hungry. When I returned a week later, the sausage was cold.

The staffs have been extremely rude and we were shocked by the poor quality of the food that we received. Additionally, they have been skipping items in our orders, so be sure to check before leaving. It is best to consider other dining options as there is a high likelihood of having a negative experience. Also, they do not provide receipts to prevent customers from reporting issues to Tim Hortons. Be cautious and be aware of the potential for a disappointing meal.
