"This morning was very hectic, but I went to pick up my mobile order at the restaurant. Unfortunately, they were out of hash browns, so I was supposed to receive another muffin instead, but it was missing. I also paid for extra bacon on my grilled cheese, which I did not get, and asked for no sweetener in my iced coffee, but it was sweetened. Since it was a mobile order, all of these mistakes could have been avoided, especially since they use stickers for the drinks. I'm not sure what happened in terms of communication. Despite this, Tim Hortons is a great restaurant with delicious donuts. However, the locations in America are often disorganized and have communication issues, including this one. The only positive thing is that this location seems to be the most organized in the area. If you're looking for something simple like a donut, or if it's not too busy, you should have a better experience."
