"This morning was very hectic, but I went to pick up my mobile order at the restaurant. Unfortunately, they were out of hash browns, so I was supposed to receive another muffin instead, but it was missing. I also paid for extra bacon on my grilled cheese, which I did not get, and asked for no sweetener in my iced coffee, but it was sweetened. Since it was a mobile order, all of these mistakes could have been avoided, especially since they use stickers for the drinks. I'm not sure what happened in terms of communication. Despite this, Tim Hortons is a great restaurant with delicious donuts. However, the locations in America are often disorganized and have communication issues, including this one. The only positive thing is that this location seems to be the most organized in the area. If you're looking for something simple like a donut, or if it's not too busy, you should have a better experience."

Slowest service ever. Can't rate the food because I left after waiting in line, inside with one other customer. They only worry about drive through. Apparently only people in drive through have busy schedules. You might just as well close your lobby at this rate. Never again! Service: 1

Very slow service. We stood at counter and people walked by several times before we were helped. Food was ok, asked for no bread, they didn’t even offer or cut it up for me or give me a knife. I try to be understanding when it comes to fast food service but there’s always 20 minutes (MINIMUM) of waiting when I come here. Typically wait 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge us in the drive thru. And they seem to never have food in stock.. eggs, croissants, english muffins, etc. Customer service is “okay” depending on who is working. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The employee working the intercom was very rude, mumbling and not speaking clearly. When we politely asked him to speak up, he became defensive and accused us of being rude. We ended up not purchasing anything. The manager appeared polite and willing to help, but the worker at the intercom should be assigned to a different task or not allowed to interact with customers. I have heard similar stories about his behavior from others and something needs to be done about it. We were there around 6-7pm.
