"The food was excellent, but the service left much to be desired. I had to ask for a drink refill, request more chips to go with the guacamole, and even had to chase down our bill after waiting for about 10 minutes. Eventually, I got tired of waiting and approached the counter, where they already knew the total, so I just settled up there. Additionally, a 15% gratuity is automatically added to the bill. Given the level of service we received, I understand why they do this; however, I typically tip between 20-50% for good service, which makes me question if this policy is the best idea. Maybe they’re aware of their service issues? Regardless, I would definitely return for the food, as it was fantastic!"
