"The food was excellent, but the service left much to be desired. I had to ask for a drink refill, request more chips to go with the guacamole, and even had to chase down our bill after waiting for about 10 minutes. Eventually, I got tired of waiting and approached the counter, where they already knew the total, so I just settled up there. Additionally, a 15% gratuity is automatically added to the bill. Given the level of service we received, I understand why they do this; however, I typically tip between 20-50% for good service, which makes me question if this policy is the best idea. Maybe they’re aware of their service issues? Regardless, I would definitely return for the food, as it was fantastic!"

Good place to eat. Food is not bad but I order the same food 3 different times I went and all three look different. Service could be better. Disappointed the service staff gets paid with the generosity of patrons.

The food was incredible, and the decor is charming! It can get a little crowded and noisy, but that just proves how popular the place is! As for parking, there are ample spots available along the side of the building to accommodate overflow from nearby businesses.

The food was mediocre at best, what really stood out was the lack of customer service. Our waiter took our orders, brought our food and disappeared. Straight up one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had in a long time. The food had no seasoning. I ordered a rocks margarita and it was actual water. I ended up here because a group wanted to go, and I honestly can’t recommend this place to any living soul. I guess they are cooking for people who are sensitive to spice. There’s plenty of good food in Cordova. This ain’t it. I paid $60 for two hours of purgatory.

Very disappointing. We came due to the 1st time we came it was good, but now we had the worst experience ever. Food was very salty and service was horrible, and our waitress did not seem to care about even trying to serve us at all. We had to basically ask all the time and at the very end had to get up to ask for our ticket. We will definitely never come back. Also, the food did not sit us well, and we got stomach sick afterward. The food was not good.
