"absolutely terrible experience. we have gone to several other locations of On the Border and enjoyed it, but when we walked into the restaurant tonight we stood there for 10 minutes until someone finally came up to us.she was very unfriendly and mumbled something about how they are behind we can wait for her to clean a table or serve ourselves at a self serve table, and then walked away? we didn’t understand what she said so we thought she said to choose any place to sit that is clean, so we did that, and then she got shook her head, clearly annoyed, and rudely told us to wait for her. then she finally brought us to a booth and told us someone would be with us shortly. we waited 15 minutes and no one came to take our order, let alone greet us or give us the chips and salsa that all other locations give. so we had no choice but to get up and leave. there were so many dirty tables and the bathrooms were disgusting, so we were worried the food would be unhygienic. it is safe to say that i am never coming back to any On the Border restaurant ever again!"
