"The food was great, but the service was poor. We were of total tables in the downstairs area, so it wasn't due to the place being busy. We sat down and were able to order pretty quickly, and the food arrived not too long after. The problem was that the server just wasn't there after our food was served. Our drinks were out and the bartender actually came out from behind the bar to refill our drinks. Once we were done eating, we waited close to minutes to get the bill. Multiple times we tried to stop our server to ask for it, but she rushed by or didn't come by our table. I would come again because the food was good and just hope that the server was having a bad night"

"A few things stood out on our visit to Roman’s. We had a table outside and a dog with us. The staff was courteous and attentive. They cleared tables as soon as people left. We had the Chicken Caprese Italian with pasta salad potato salad. Everything was very fresh and high quality. We’ll definitely go back! Oh, and I think they were the only business downtown that didn’t scrutinize shoppers who need a bathroom. Management gets it."

"I've been eating nature’s plate for almost a year. eating is incredible. I don't know how they do it, but I didn't have a meal I don't like. the service is for no one. sergio is great and always has some great recommendations. annette was also fantastic. they even ask for recommendations to keep the menu interesting. I went straight from meat eating keto diet in vegan. I feel really great. they helped make the transition easy with wonderful food, which is also great for them. try it. they will not regret it."

"I requested a dressing on the side to add some flavor to my sandwich. Vegans should double-check that their selected bread is dairy-free, as most of the options, including the sourdough, contain dairy. I opted for the ciabatta for my sandwich, and it was quite good. However, vegans and vegetarians must also verify that their dressing is suitable, as many contain anchovies—even the ones you might not expect. As of now, the only completely vegan dressings are the balsamic vinaigrette and the Mediterranean. Service was quite slow; even after arriving around 1:30 on a weekday, post-lunch rush, we waited over an hour for our food. On the positive side, they do provide an allergen menu detailing the ingredients in most items, which I appreciate and will add a star for. They also have a decent array of options for vegetarians."

"let me start by saying that the service was amazing. Every single staff member my boyfriend and I came in contact with was so caring. I got the ribs and they were absolutely delicious, it was sweet but also so so savory. My boyfriend got the a b.y.o.b and it was so delicious, I loved all the flavors. I normally am picky about my burgers from restaurants and only eat the burgers my dad makes. But this burger was absolutely perfect and I didn’t even build it to my liking. The crab dip is the best crab dip I’ve ever had. The ribs were the best I’ve had too. I love MCH and we will definitely be back for more date nights : 10/10 recommend!!"

"excellent eating, a little expensive, not fond the paper straw, they ruin the taste of the drink, but once removed, the dragon fruit limonade was amazing, the Thai chicken slaughter was almost too nice to eat, but the sesame fruit sauce and all the ingredients in it were fresh and wonderful. the blackberry and cantaloupe were a fresh beautiful side, and the ambiente in the inner was wonderful. had a nice little couch to wait for our food. under the stairs was a sweet, small place for the small to play, and the chairs above looked very nice, only had not the energy for the stairs to go up and explore. also very comfortable that the ice cream shop is open from the main dining area, so if you follow a sweet tasty bite, it is right there."

"My recent visit to the Saloon was an absolute disaster, leaving me with a bitter taste in my mouth and a strong desire to warn others about the horrendous service I encountered. The entire experience was marred by incompetence and a complete lack of professionalism. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that customer service was not a priority at the Bar. The bartender seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than attending to patrons. Despite multiple attempts to get their attention, I was met with indifference and had to wait an unreasonable amount of time just to place a simple drink order. When my drink finally arrived, it was poorly made and tasted nothing like what I had ordered. The bartender's lack of attention to detail and disregard for quality was apparent. It was clear that they lacked the necessary skills and knowledge to craft a decent cocktail. To make matters worse, the staff seemed disorganized and overwhelmed. It was difficult to even find a server to take a food order. When I finally managed to flag down a server, they were rude and uninterested in providing any assistance. It seemed as if they were doing me a favor by allowing me to order. The food arrived much later than expected, and to my dismay, it was cold and unappetizing. The overall atmosphere of the bar was also disappointing. The music was far too loud, making it impossible to hold a conversation. The seating arrangements were cramped and uncomfortable, leaving little space to move around. It was clear that they prioritized cramming in as many customers as possible, rather than providing a pleasant and enjoyable experience. The prices here were also unreasonable considering the poor quality of service and products. It felt like a complete rip-off, and I left feeling cheated and unsatisfied with the value for my money. In conclusion, the Boone saloon is a prime example of what not to do when it comes to customer service. The lack of attentiveness, subpar drinks and food, and overall disorganized and unpleasant atmosphere make it a place to avoid at all costs. Save yourself the disappointment and frustration by seeking out a bar that values its customers and strives for excellence.This bar is simply not worth your time or money."

"On a bustling Friday night, we were relieved to find a spot where we could sit down and eat right away. The restaurant was packed, but our waitress was incredibly attentive. Although we needed to flag her down a couple of times, she always responded promptly and was quick to fulfill our requests. The French dip sliders were among the best I’ve ever had, and while the nachos could have been served a bit warmer, the toppings were fresh and generous, and I really appreciated the homemade tortilla chips. Today was our first experience at Two Guys. We had regular and Sicilian slices, and after the first bite we realized this is authentic NYC pizza. The crust was just right, the combination of cheese and sauce (gravy to us Noo Yawka's) was perfect. It wasn't until we looked at your take home menu that we discovered you're also transplants from NY even if you're not, there's enough New York references to make us happy.
