"I was craving a Blue Boy grilled chicken sandwich, so I stopped by to order one. Having my 3 6yo grands with me, I ordered them a pizza, along with chips and dessert. First, the employee took orders before it was my turn. She then went to help make sandwiches. Twenty minutes later, someone clocked in and she asked that person to take my order. 15 minutes later, we got our food. I had to go ask for the dessert and chips and cup for the drinks. Finally, we sat down to eat, and the pizza crust was too thick and hard for my grandchildren to bite through. (I couldn't either. They used to have bread that tasted fresh baked when they were located in the JEA building, but they don't now. I'm saddened that I need to find another sandwich shop."
