"Beware of the price of the pepperoni pizza when ordering on Saturdays after 1:00pm at this restaurant. There is a lunch special with Pepsi for $6.99 for a six-piece pizza, but there is also a $9.99 option for the same pizza with a six-piece cheesy bread. The staff member may act like he does not speak or understand English well, but be cautious as he may charge you for the more expensive option without listening to your request. In my experience, despite trying to explain that I wanted the cheaper option, I was still charged for the more expensive pizza and did not receive the cheesy bread as I felt entitled to. Be aware of potential misunderstandings in communication with the staff."

They managed to make pizza worse than Dominos despite being a local chain.

Ordered through Grubhub. Pizza was great, no complaints. Warm, delicious, and packaged neatly. Very cheesy

Food was decent, reason for 3 stars is because food wasn't sealed so deter delivery person from tampering. That skived me out, so I don't think I will reorder with them.

"When we called to reserve a table, no one informed us that there was a dining time limit of 1.5 hours. My friend wanted to invite more people to join us for dinner, but I was unsure if everyone would agree to the minimum charge of $60, including taxes and tips. I confirmed a reservation for 7 people during my second call, but ultimately, only 6 of us showed up. The table we were given was quite small, making it uncomfortable for six people, especially with the mandatory minimum spending of $60, as well as a 20% tip. For just two people, the minimum tip is 18%. I was confused about the dining time limit—was it two hours or 1.5? The party area was limited to just the backyard for additional seating. I was with friends who didn’t know the group well, and we arrived early at 3 PM, but we couldn’t wait until 6:30 PM. That’s why we ended up sitting at a separate table for two. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t seem to care and couldn’t arrange for us to be seated closer together. We had no choice in the matter. To make matters worse, the female waiter had a poor attitude. It felt like we were dining in a sidewalk market. She questioned another girl who served me ponzu sauce, apparently because I looked impatient when I saw her face. Her attitude only worsened after that. It seems like they need to train their employees better, as they seem unaware of how to provide good service. As for the food, it was just okay, typical of basic Japanese cuisine. There were too many restrictions! Customers are forced to adhere to the restaurant’s rules and limitations. I cannot recommend this place unless someone is specifically looking for a fast-food experience. In short, I don’t think I’ll be returning next time."
