"Was in LA for Thanksgiving, so decided to do a Brazilian feast. Hugely disappointing experience. The salad bar lacked any wow factor and the potato salad was terrible. The turkey was dry, despite me getting the dark meat. But the worst offenders were majority of the beef items. They were undersalted and overcooked. I had to ask three times to finally get some medium rare beef, which should be the default in a Brazilian steakhouse. The picanha I had (see picture) looked so grey I felt sad for the poor cow that died in vain. And the ribeye was simply awful... definitely not prime beef. Thank god for the chicken and lamb, otherwise this would have been a complete disaster. Fogo de Chao and Texas de Brazil are far superior."
