"I ordered an Italian gladiator, but my sandwich was mixed up with someone else's. They asked me to bring back the half-eaten sandwich to "swap it out" for a "bread count." I paid $10 for a half-sized gladiator and ended up with just a half ham and cheese sandwich. It was made incorrectly and missing ingredients. This was my first visit, and I was not impressed. The customer service was lacking, and the staff didn't seem to pay attention to the orders. Overall, it was very disappointing."
