"I ordered an Italian gladiator, but my sandwich was mixed up with someone else's. They asked me to bring back the half-eaten sandwich to "swap it out" for a "bread count." I paid $10 for a half-sized gladiator and ended up with just a half ham and cheese sandwich. It was made incorrectly and missing ingredients. This was my first visit, and I was not impressed. The customer service was lacking, and the staff didn't seem to pay attention to the orders. Overall, it was very disappointing."

Among all the Zeros locations, this one has the most tasteless and disappointing Philly steak I've ever had. It was completely lacking in flavor and seasoning. I definitely do not recommend it!

I ordered a Philly cheesesteak and I've visited several places called "Zer0" in the area. Unfortunately, this is the only one that doesn't season their steak. If the steak had been seasoned, it would have been much better. Food rating: 1/5. View menu

The subs are amazing, just like always! You should definitely try their Grinder! The prices have gone up a bit, but that's the case for many places nowadays. Make sure to call and check out their sub specials throughout the week. When I visited in August 2023, they offered a special for two full subs on Saturdays.
