"I’ve never been to a crown fried chicken that didn’t have good fried chicken omg .! But I also got potatoes wedges and mac&cheese and that was pretty good . Also the cashier was a little sassy, I asked him for a fork and some napkins and he said, “I already put them in there but you want extra okay” I proceeded to say, “no you didn’t, that’s why I asked” this guy tells me, “okay you just want to start a problem” like what ???"

"I had an awful experience with the customer service at this restaurant. I paid extra for a large order of ten jumbo shrimp but only received seven. When I called to discuss the issue, the 'manager' yelled at me and had a strong accent, which made it hard to understand him. Though I wasn't asking for a refund, he insisted I contact Grubhub and hung up on me when I requested to speak with a manager. If I could rate this place with zero stars, I absolutely would. I've never been treated so disrespectfully."

"The food was incredibly delicious. The night before, I had ordered food from somewhere else but they only delivered half the order. I was desperate for more food so I could sleep without being hungry, and you guys came through in the clutch. Thank you for the box of chicken as advertised, along with the blue cheese packet. The breasts were the biggest I've ever seen from Kennedy Fried Chicken, and there were so many fries. I definitely got my money's worth after the other place messed up my order. Thank you so much for saving me from going hungry!"

"The menu reminds me of the old church menus. They have a different meal each day. That is it. We went Saturday, so it was Bbq Ribs or Chicken, potato salad, jambalaya rice, baked beans, and a roll. The ribs were so tender the meat fell off the bone. Bbq sauce was very good. The sides were good and just enough. We are in the area for a couple more months. We will be back."

"On the positive side, the food is served quickly and the cakes are amazing. The restaurant is clean and well-organized. However, the atmosphere feels unwelcoming and it seems like you are in the way. This will be my first and last time dining here. I spent over $30 on my meal for my client, but the food quality and customer service were very disappointing. The oxtails were not tender, the greens were too sugary, and they added extra fees to the bill. Although I left a tip, I will not be returning. The restaurant could benefit from customer service training to improve their overall success."

"I’ve had to shorten my review in order for it to post. So long story short I was waiting outside the establishment at a bus stop when a female employee came out and called me nasty because I wasn’t parenting hard enough for her while trying to stop my daughter from playing in the water. She said crackheads and druggies hang out there. When I followed her into the store to confront her about her attitude and behavior as my daughter is autistic and her behavior needs to be handled delicately she continued insulting me and threatened to assault me. She got other patrons involved because I was clearly emotional and yelling and told me I was nasty and saying I was triggered. She was extremely rude and unprofessional and had no business confronting me at all but at the very least if she felt that concerned with my child’s safety she could have done so without insulting me and threatening me. Will not be back would not recommend."
