"What really crossed the line for me was overhearing a distressing conversation this week. It appears that the female owner permits a loud, drunken individual to harass and verbally demean the female staff without consequence. Although he was allegedly "removed" recently, he is a friend of the owner’s husband and remains welcome at the restaurant. He continues to come in, get intoxicated, offer little to no tips, and mistreat the employees.
To the owner: I intend to visit more frequently and I hope to encounter this disrespectful patron. If I do, I will immediately contact the local sheriff's office and ensure that marked patrol cars are present in your parking lot, in addition to filing a complaint with the ABC Law Enforcement Division. Your neglect of this unacceptable behavior is inexcusable. As a former restaurant worker and retired law enforcement officer, I find your lack of action completely unjustifiable."
