"I have always been a major fan of Noodles and Company. I ate there multiple times a week during high school. I even had a few friends who worked there. These were the days when they offered the “Truffle Mac Cheese”. Those days won’t ever return, sadly.I ordered my usual recently, as it has been a while since I last ordered. My usual is a Small Size Pad Thai. Remove nuts and cilantro. Add spinach and mushroom. Parmesan Chicken. Rice Krispy for dessert.I recently ordered and was floored to discover you no longer can get a “small” sized entree. This is apparently part of a test program run by Noodles Corporate. Now, you can only get the “large/regular” sized entrees. There are many times I don’t want a giant bowl of noodles. The “small” size was always perfect and hit the spot. Now, you’re talking $15+ for Pad Thai with Parmesan Chicken. As I expected, quality and quantity has tanked. You get very little protein for the price paid.Anytime I add anything to my Pad Thai, it’s a joke. Two-Three pieces of mushroom is insulting for the up charge. Same situation with the spinach. They’ve also become very strict on the sauce. There isn’t even enough to properly coat the Pad Thai. It’s clear to me that prices have climbed and quality has taken a fall. The only positive is you earn points/rewards FAST on their app. Also, they haven’t ruined the rice Krispy.I will still visit from time to time, or order it for delivery. However, at $15+ before tax and delivery means I will be ordering here much less often.I’m hoping they become less stingy with ingredients. Give people a fair serving of protein and any add-ons they requested. I’m also hoping the “Small” size is brought back. Kid-friendliness: Quality kids menu. Atmosphere is casual enough for behaved children. Parking: Free Strip-Mall Parking, Can be tough getting a spot. Dietary restrictions: They will make your order how you’d like it. Inquire about any allergens."

"It was a chilly and rainy afternoon, and after a 15-minute walk, I arrived at Noodles and Company, hoping to enjoy some warm, comforting food with a bit of spice. As I browsed the menu, I noticed two standout features: a variety of vegetarian options and reasonable prices. It was hard to resist the intriguing vegetarian dishes, so I ordered the Indonesian Peanut Sauté with extra tofu. Interestingly, Noodles and Company also offers American-style dishes such as sandwiches, pastas, salads, and soups. My companion opted for the Pad Thai, and our food was served promptly. Since the location had only just opened a few days prior, we felt especially well taken care of; the manager came over personally to ensure we were satisfied, and multiple staff members checked in on us throughout our visit. The Indonesian Peanut Sauté was fantastic. With tofu, it was nearly 1,000 calories, which I consider to be on the higher side, but the flavor was excellent. It provided the warmth and spice I craved, perfectly contrasting the dreary weather outside. I thoroughly enjoyed every bite. Overall, I was very pleased with my first experience at Noodles and Company in a long time, and I definitely plan to return. Here’s how I would rate my experience: - Ambiance: 8/10. The space was clean and featured a nice open floor plan; nothing too extraordinary, but pleasant. - Service: 8.75/10. The service was attentive and friendly. My companion follows a gluten-free diet, and the staff was more than willing to explain the gluten-free options and provided a detailed menu. - Food: 8.5/10. I loved my meal, with the spice levels and portion size being just right. - Price: 8.5/10. The prices were quite reasonable; my dish with the extra tofu still came to under $10. - Restroom: N/A. Overall: 8.5/10. I left feeling happy after my first visit and hope that my future experiences will further solidify my positive impression of the restaurant, the food, and the service. For now, I would definitely recommend giving it a try!"
